Our commitment to the Community

As we develop The Ocean Club, Four Seasons Residences, Bahamas

we will create a harmonious relationship with the local community. Our development is more than just a collection of luxury residences; it’s a project rooted in respect, responsibility, and a genuine desire to give back.

We understand the importance of fitting seamlessly into the vibrant fabric of Paradise Island, and we are committed to ensuring that our presence enhances, rather than overburdens, the area.

Our goal is to contribute positively to the local economy, culture, and environment, making this beautiful island an even better place to live, work, and visit.

Supporting Entrepreneurship and Employment

One of our top priorities is providing meaningful employment opportunities for Bahamians. During the construction phase alone, nearly 1,000 jobs will be created, helping to support local families and boost the economy. Once operational, an average of 200 additional full-time jobs will be available. We are also dedicated to long-term growth, with projections showing that our development will contribute $715 million to the country’s GDP over the next 20 years. But our commitment goes beyond numbers. We’re focused on creating lasting opportunities by offering training programs to help local residents build their skills and advance their careers. Additionally, we’re partnering with Bahamian suppliers to source local products, ensuring that the benefits of our project are felt throughout the community.

Welcoming Locals and Visitors

We’re not just building a private enclave; we’re creating a destination that welcomes everyone. Our two beachfront dining venues will be open to the public, providing new places for locals and visitors alike to enjoy the stunning beauty of Paradise Island. Public beach access will be improved with a 15-foot beach path, enhanced safety measures, and upgraded facilities for local vendors, making it easier and more enjoyable for everyone to experience the island’s natural splendor.

Caring for Our Shared Environment

Our commitment to the community extends to the environment we all share. We’re dedicated to responsible environmental stewardship, with plans to restore the sand dune system, plant native trees, and remove invasive species. By taking these steps, we’re helping to preserve the natural beauty of Paradise Island for future generations.
